Overall, I think I am at a good spot with my project but I am having trouble with my images and where my text is located on my website. I have the two images beside each other and trying to fix my code to make it more clean but it is not working. But I have completed all the different formats for both a computer, tablet, and computer. And did complete all the validation checks for both mains css and the portfolio. While I have had some struggles with little things like the ones I just mentioned, I am pretty happy where I am at. I feel pretty comfortable with what I have learned through videos and class demonstrations. I do wish my website looked cleaner but I do feel like I am understanding the concepts that we have been learning. I thought I understood the borders with my images but fear that it is not showing up in my coding so plan on looking back at the video demonstration and hopefully realize the mistakes that I have made. I do feel on top of my stuff even with some of the issues that I have had. I just want to get to the point where I am mainly focused on the design element instead of just trying out all the different elements that coding has to offer. Even though it's something I have to do in order to have the best website I possibly could. What I have learned through this project is the importance of organization when it comes to code whether that is filing or just the code in general. When the code and the files are organized, it makes the whole process much easier and less confusing for myself. Also it helped for me to ask the people that sit at my table for help if I needed help or assistance on anything. I want to get better and put in more effort on the actual design, which definitely will be a focus going into the next deadlines.

I am just a little lost on how I can change the way my images look on the screen as well as the text that follows. In terms of design, I'm still working on it but plan on changing some things in order to make it more visually appealing. I’m going to use different colors based on that website so I can make my website as visually appealing as possible. Have not made a lot of changes according to my design persona but have been messing with the fonts and some of the colors. This is because I realized that certain shades of red do not appeal in terms of font color text since I had red as my background color as well. So I decided to go black instead but this is subject to change, really just doing a lot of trial and error stuff right now and just making sure that the coding I do is correct. I like using alatsi for my font, although it may be deemed as basic, I personally enjoy that element of it and I did not want my font to be too flashy. When looking at my Design Persona, I am curious how I will be implementing my brand voice into my website. I guess that is something we have not gone over yet but very curious how this will work. I still really like my quote of the day idea for my website. I think adding it to my home page with its own personal design for the specific quote of the day would be a cool idea. But yet again that might take too much time but would still be open to the idea.
